I love the angle and black & white, it's very dramatic. The building itself is just gorgeous, I'm realy curious what it is?
You did everything right in this shot, although I would put the building off center a little bit and this way accentuate the cloude ...

The Clouds do it for me, they look like paint brush strokes. I would agree with roman, but the view never knows what was there. nice image
